I had an issue with my oven which stopped working. I was initially dealing with another company in my suburb, but they kept delaying the visit, so I decided to look elsewhere.
I came across DaxxTech Appliance Solutions on Google and gave them a call after seeing all the 5 star reviews. I spoke to Glen and explained the issue, and within seconds he guided me through a few settings/buttons to try and that actually fixed the problem straight away!
It really shows he knows his stuff, but more importantly, he’s honest and genuinely helpful. He could’ve easily booked me in for a paid call-out like the other company, but didn’t.
